This program is for uninsured individuals. Most of the medical services performed inside our clinic are free. Patients are accepted on a walk-in basis unless an appointment has been made with one of our specialists. Proof of income must be provided. We do not perform routine physicals. Referrals to outside medical providers such as dentists or hospitals are not free. A sliding scale fee is used. It is based on a patient’s ability to pay with the minimum set at 25% of a provider’s usual charges.
