This program is for uninsured individuals i.e. people who cannot afford health insurance and do not qualify for government health programs such as Medicare and Medical Assistance. Services are provided by a Nurse Practitioner for non-emergency acute care( i.e. sore throats, ear infections, cold and flu), chronic illnesses, prevention and wellness.Most of the medical services performed inside our clinic are free. We do not perform routine physicals.Referrals to outside medical providers such as dentists or hospitals are not free. A sliding scale fee is used. It is based on a patient’s ability to pay with the minimum set at 25% of a provider’s usual charges.

Patients need to call 24 hours in advance for an appointment. Proof of income must be provided.
