This program offers a free temporary card for outpatient prenatal care (i.e. doctor's visits, prenatal vitamins, etc) for pregnant uninsured or underinsured women until they are able to get through the Social Service System.

Qualifications:

* Must have proof of pregnancy.

* Must be a U.S. citizen who intends to live in Brown County WI.

* Must meet established income guidelines.

An appointment is necessary.
